aritu cari dr nukman kt ofis.. pastu nmpk la plak evaluation form atas kaunter tu.. saje la belek2.. tgk2 ade yg di supervise oleh dr nukman nye.. so, ini idea diya..n thanx to her la amik diz pic! n diz is wat abg faiz komen bout me.. sepanjang practical ngan die..
